| Good result from an injury ravaged Wigan side
George Williams big miss. He would have loved the open space in the game.
Pack was brilliant. Flower surely now best prop in Super League? Clubb excellent as well. Tautai cut out his errors which was brilliant and Mossop rolled back the years like it 2012 again.
Sarginson excellent at fullback. Tierney wont be playing again this season I expect.
Gildart very composed and held his own. Gelling very assured and like Tautai appears to have cut out his errors.
Charnley also good as was Manfredi. Manfredi best kick returner in the league and Charnley played like it was 2013 again.
Only downside was I heard after game that Flower has pulled a muscle in his calf and will be out for a few weeks. Hope this isnt true as he's best prop in Super League. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

| Best prop in SL? Don't talk garbage. Walmsley and Hill are clearly ahead of the rest.

| Charnley was my man of the match. A mile better than the player he was last season.

| Sarginson was ok at coming out of defence but his passing was shocking! No wonder he doesn't bother very often! All in all a great result with Bateman, Gelling, Charnley and Manfredi all superb. Forwards killed it tonight, enjoyed that!

| Looked a lot more comfortable with Sarginson at the back. The position looks like it's his till Tomkins is back.

Only 2 bad passes all night from him. O'Loughlin mis-timed about half a dozen so I think this is unfair given he's playing in unfamiliar role.
I was very impressed with Sarginson tonight. Showed the form that made him Man of the Match against the Kangaroos on his international debut 18 months back. He will be a huge miss for us next year. Hardly surprising NRL clubs want him and Bath Rugby Union inquired. HUGE potential.

Whilst I thought he had a decent game, bad passes aside I'm not so sure on your last paragraph.

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |

| Sarginsons errors let down what was a really encouraging display. He certainly has a game sense for where he needs to be and he's constantly running good lines and supporting the ball. On another night people would have raved about that display but for a couple of silly mistakes. It was chalk and cheese to what Tierney has produced to date.

| Tried not to reply but can't resist.
Anyone who thinks Mossop played well tonight needs a doctor.
He is awful beyond words. The laziest guy I have ever seen. Wouldn't pay him in wooden dollars.
Useless.

If his knees aren't permanently knackered now!
Other topic and genuinely not a wind up.....with McIlorum missing Sam Powell just isn't good enough imo. Not a problem tonight but McIlorum's absence could still be crucial come end of season.

| I was very underwhelmed by Mossop, I know he's suffered from Injurys but he just isn't anywhere near his best. Also have to admit I'm not a big fan of Greg Burke.
Clubb had great game and again I've been really impressed with Tautai, I've said it every week but he really has kicked on this season and become a handful.
Gildart is doing brilliantly and I feel like we aren't even missing J Burgess because of how well Manfredi is playing.

| Best performance so far but still not great. We have a lot of improvement in us which is a good thing at this stage in the season.
Gildart is class. The best wigan produced centre in a very long time.

| I can't believe any player is getting slated tonight. Mossop defended well tonight and made no errors on attack. Not sure what people expect, he is being used as 4th choice prop and did a good job tonight.
Had Powell caught the kick from O Loughlin we would have won 34-0 not 28-6. Great performance. All 17 played their part. Some people just like to moan I think
