Assuming the rules are brought in in June, he would be free on Wigans cap, or at worst 200k which should be covered with Patrick and Bowen (it depends on the proper wording, which I havent seen).
TBy, Wigan/ Saints rivalry aside, I hope he comes back, though I can't see it, and didn't the exact same report come out last year?
