| As usual SW has named five props from which he'll select four.
From what's been said, here's my guess at the 17.
S Tomkins,
Charnley, Goulding, Thornley, Richards,
Powell, Smith,
Crosby, L Tomkins, Lauaki,
Hansen, Farrell,
Burke,
Bench - Taylor, Mossop, Tuson & Hughes.
From Press Releases MicMac may be carrying a knock and Flower to be rested after some great performances this season so far.

| If go with that side bar probably giving Taylor the start. He's got an opportunity to make a big impression and that's easier starting the game.
Rests for McIlorum and Flower this week and then for another couple next week.

| Really like what I've seen of Scott Taylor.
Obviously far more knowledgable people than me have seen areas in his game that he needs to improve but its good to see him back in the 17. I don't think it'll take too long before he's a regular.

If he isn't carrying a knock I don't think you can rest Micky Mac when Lockers and Green are also out. That would be three first choice experienced players out of key five key positions of 1,6,7,9 and 13 missing.

We could rest more besides and we'd still deserve a rollicking if we lost the game.
We've done the hard work now with a top 4 spot all but confirmed so we now need to plan ahead for the big games carefully by managing certain players workloads.

| I'm hoping we've learnt lessons and use our squad players accordingly.

Agreed.
The good thing about the squad at the minute is we don't lose a great deal when we do rotate because the lads coming in have really stepped up to the plate.
I'd rather have a fresh squad going in to the play offs in 4th then a weary one in 1st. We can't afford to over rest players and let them lose match sharpness but a walkover at Wakey isn't going to keep any of them that sharp in fairness.

Why do you see a walkover at Wakey?
I sincerely hope our coach and players are not of that mind set.

I agree, potential banana skin this one. I cant see us going the rest of the season unbeaten and Wakefield could put a big performance in after losing a few on the bounce. It might be unlikely i understand that, but you never know do you

It would be with a full team I've no doubt and the reason is because the players don't have a mindset like that. They can't afford to but I can.
Wakey also stank last week.

I am sure the same was said before we lost to Widnes away last season and also whether we have a top four spot or not people don't pay good money to watch reserve sides.
That is the paradox of our competition structure. We always get this notion of resting players but people would soon moan if we lost league matches as a result.
So far this season Wane hasn't repeated the Widnes mistake and has spelled players sensibly not leaving half the first team out. I don't see any reason why he needs to start doing that now.

Yet you'll be the first to criticise him and his team selections should we limp out the playoffs.
