| Seems like forever since we were at home but I’m looking forward to Friday. Assuming everyone is fit, how would you line up if you were picking the 17? I’d go as follows.
Hardaker
Marshall
Hankinson (kicking duty)
Gildart
Burgess
Williams
Leuluai
Clubb
Powell
Navarette
Farrell
Greenwood
O’Loughlin
Bullock
Smithies
Sammut
Partington
Hard to change a side that’s finally on a run of winning games. I’ve said all along that we just need some consistency in the squad and we’ve got that now. Good to have some choices for a change but Isa has played every game so I’d give him a week off. Sarginson still rated 50/50 so no point taking any chances. A good win on Friday and up to 4th. Our season is not dead yet, have faith folks, have faith!

| Hard to see him leaving Isa out. If Greenwood starts I can't see him doing 80 mins. Isa on the bench for me instead of Smithies. Morgan's 18 perhaps time he had a week off?
Agree with the rest.

I'd probably be more inclined to rest him next week, seeing as we have Saints the week after. Him in for either Smithies if Greenwood is fully fit, or give Greenwood another week to recover otherwise.
Other than that, same team as yours

| Same as last week I'd expect, wouldn't mind Sammut getting a bit longer on the pitch to see if we can improve our kicking game.

| Same again for me as well. It’s an ideal opportunity to make players fight their way back in.

| Well with HKR and London stubbornly refusing to collapse it's another must win game.
Here's hoping they're up for it.

| Salford should line up something like this:
1. Evalds
2. Johnson
3. Welham
4. Inu
5. Sio
6. Lolohea
7. Hastings
8. Nakubuwai
9. Lussick
10. Dudson
11. Jones
12. Bibby
13. Flanagan
14. Tomkins
15. Burke
16. Lannon
17. McCarthy
We (Salford) are really short in the forwards. Mossop, Wood, Griffin and Walker are all missing and despite the loan deal being initially extended, Pauli Pauli has gone back to Wakefield.
Bibby has played a few times at second row this year so I wouldn't be surprised if he's there again tonight.
Losing Lui is also a massive blow.

| Brace of tries (sadly balanced by a brace of errors) by Marshall.
Two (or was it three?) assists from Hankinson..
Forwards played with power (Clubb rolling back the years) forcing Salford errors.
Sammut grasping his extended minutes well.
Powell progressing with his improvement.
All in all very encouraging.

| Solid stuff for 50 minutes and just had a bit more cutting edge than Salford in that time. Sloppy last 30 but another good win.
Is that O'Loughlin's career over with an achilles injury?

| Big picture is 7 wins in the last 9 games. 6 out of the next 9 at home. We’re in a good position and still haven’t hit anything like a full performance. I suspect it’s coming though.

| A good win especially losing Lockers after two minutes. Summats break and kick inside was great. His kicking generally was good and better than TL's (but then that has never been a strength of his game).
Thought the young forwards did well.

| Sammut to start from now on, we look much more of a threat with him on the pitch.
Leaves us with the Leuluai/Powell conundrum though, I thought they both had pretty solid games today.

Thought Leuluai looked very sprightly in the first half but his decision making was poor. Squandered a three man overlap with a nothing kick early in the tackle count neat the line in the first half. Put in a few nothing attacking kicks throughout. Just another reason to play Summat.
Powell ran from dummy half more then once. Something he never seemed to do under Wane. I wonder if he's been told by Lam to give it go? We are also scoring tries down the right.
This is all good but I think there is way to go yet for us to look anything like as cohesive as a team as Saints.
