Does anyone know which channel the four nations will be on? I just rang Premier Sports to cancel my subscription for after the NRL Grand Final and was told I would miss the four nations in October. I assumed that Sky Sports would be showing them not Premier.

I've just been looking to see why the NRL play off games aren't scheduled for recording. Looked at Bilko's guide as the first place to look and went to the times mentioned - nada - but then stumbled across the problem if you are on Sky you'll be ok but us poor souls who are stuck with Virgin media because of reception problems where we live can't get it and I'm mad as hell about it. Having paid Virgin extra for the privilege all year to watch NRL games on Premier we now find that the finals games are only on Premier HD which isn't available to Virgin customers (along with Sky sports HD) so unless the games are repeated sometime on the normal Premier channel we'll just have to imagine what flaming happens. Not happy. Any other VM customers noticed or found a way round it ?

Hadn't noticed that. If that's the case, I'm cancelling tomorrow instead of straight after the GF. I'll be able to dl the games before PS show re-runs on their normal channels.

Who do you all fancy for the NRL title, then? It'd be great to see the Raiders do it, they have been playing some cracking footy.

That's the great thing about the NRL, I think anyone from at least the top 5 could win it. Canberra would be my pick also though, they've been immense for the past 2/3 months.

Yes, whereas in SL there's really only been two and a half sides playing well; Wire, FC, and Cas (who really should have finished higher up the table, but blew it with a few poor defeats).

Not sure about that Moto but will certainly take a look - thanks I can always avoid the scores and record the repeats later in the week but not impressed with VM as anything shown on Sky sports extra is off limit to us as well. Sadly we don't have the option to change back to sky because of reception problems with Sky dishes where we live

The NRL Play Offs are on Premier HD and SD, no idea where the idea it won't be has come from.

Premier have Australia v New Zealand, Scotland v Australia and Scotland v New Zealand exclusively in 4 nations.

England games v Australia, NZ and Scotland will be on both Premier and BBC, as will the final.

The majority of World Cup matches next year will also be on Premier, which is also the last season as scheduled that they'll have nrl.

Internationals from 2018 autumn return to Sky whilst an nrl deal from that year isn't finalised with a UK broadcaster yet.

So if Sky get the NRL deal in the UK (likely?), that'll just about be it for me for league on TV.

They have way too much sway over the game as it is.

I wouldn't say Sky is likely for NRL but it's possible.

I just watch em all a few hrs after on YouTube there are few ppl post the full games

But to answer the question I think that it will be the BBC or the England games at least it was mentioned during the cc final

Looks like I have to take it all back - play off's are recording ok and info on Tivo box scheduler seems to have altered so no idea what's going on but just pleased to be back to normal
