It was the injury to Gary Wheeler that saw the wheels start to come off for me. Not having Ryan Bailey all year has hurt them also.

Having Sandow wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference last night, we defended an unbelievable amount of sets, they had 6 repeat sets at one point, we very rarely got to kick the ball, it was error after error after error last night, at one point we kicked on the 3rd purely because i don't think they believed they'd catch it 2 more times to put in a 5th tackle kick.

Defended like Trojans attacked like jelly babies.

Sandow would have been throwing passes left right and centre and then watching the guys drop them as often.

A forward pass try, a penalty a drop goal and a try at the end due to being tired from Cudjoe.

It's great Wire having these swish indoor training facilities...but sometimes we need to train in the rain because yesterdays catching was embarrassing and would have made an amateur side blush.

Not sure if it was the Lineham/Bailey incident through the week, The Simon Grix sad state of affairs or just one of those days but it was only 11 conceded against a ridiculous amount of possession we gave them and them spending most of the game in our 20. We dropped ball after ball, seriously amateur last night, we ended up playing Brian Noble-esque 5 drives and a kick, only it was 3 drives and a knock on most of the time.

Give them credit, they had 27 of their starting line up missing.

And the coach had uncomfortable seats....
