This one pretty much nails it for me. Saints fans would probably say Wellens at 1, and you could easily make a case for Longy in there somewhere. Also I would maybe put Hape in for Lyon although both were incredible.

| No doubt about it, Wellens was a class player but Sam is/was far more exciting to watch. So many players could get in, i suppose it all depends on how the individual see's it. I would like to see a Leeds, Saints and Wire point of view. Could be interesting. It's the halves and LF that is the hardest one to suss out for me. Lockers has to be my 13, Sinfield running the show in the halves behind a solid pack like that at the side of Trent would have been frightening.

| Obviously bias but dont care:
1 Wellens
2 hall
3 Conelly
4 senior
5 Vinakolo
6 Mcguire
7 Burrow
8 Farrell
9 Cunningham
10 Peacock
11 Sculthorpe
12 Lauitiiti (most entertaining and skilful forward I have ever seen)
13 Sinfield
14 Roby
15 Graham
16 Moz
17 SOL
Could have put Tomkins at 7 or Watkins at 3 but wanted to pick players that have done it over a longer period, even though I have taken it as every player in their prime year

Agree that those are the hardest positions, so many world class 13s but unfortunatley no truely world class halves
Sinfield has always been a weird player as he is more like a 13 from the 90s or earlier not the 2000s, to get him to work in the SL era you sort of have to build a team around him, something England coaches were unfortunatley reluctant to do, even Tony Smith who perfected it at club level

Most saints fans would pick roby over KFC I reckon so not that crazy.
However picking 12 players and only 1 half back!
That is crazy!

He hasn't Jukes. Sinfield in the halves, Farrell or Sculthorpe at LF easy peasy

I think he did well but only well enough to make the best Wigan team not SL team
