| Great news, but was there any need for a song and dance about it? I thought news would be something along the lines of "everyone who went to the Catalans game will be refunded the cost of their match ticket" Oh but wait someone thought of that before us and seeing as WE ARE WIGAN we don't believe in second best, after all we are lucky just to be able to support them.

| He still had 2.5 years left on his current contract! Congrats on the pay rise Tony Clubb  in all honesty this is well deserved, probably my favourite player this season, gives his all every game,. I was disappointed when we originally signed him but he has turned out to be fantastic. |

I remember back to pre the WCC in Sydney and everyone was adamant the guy couldn't play (in the game) and people were right! At second row he was poor. He then moved to prop and instantly things changed. He was clearly an out and out prop and he continues to improve. I'd like to see him get a bit fitter and play longer minutes because we need him out there more IMO.

Minus him and Flower plus Joel having to move to centre we look a totally different proposition. |

I've been really impressed With Clubb and must admit I doubted his signing but he's been great. surprised he's only 27 seems to have been around a long time.
When was the last time Lockers had a few games under his belt. |
