However, a number of electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

| Sorry, but I don't see any way in which beating Saints will "cost us" against Salford.
It's not like Salford didn't have game of their own today (away, and also a hard-fought, close result), and they have several fewer hours of recovery time.
Not going to predict a scoreline, but I am hopeful of a win an anyway, I'm too busy being happy about today's (yesterday's now) result to start worrying about Salford just yet.

| Tough game. Salford look more fluent in attack then us so it'll take a big effort.
I'd expect we'll make a few changes to freshen things up. I'd look at getting Crosby and Connor Farrell in for Tautai and Patrick if they're fit.

I think there'll be a few changes. Wouldn't surprise me if we see Bowen coming in, though I think there's a decent argument to let Rocky get more game time under his belt. I'd probably give Bateman a rest, he's been putting in some heroic 80 mins performances recently. I would be half tempted to give Patrick one more shot to impress. We've got Crosby, Flower and Lockers to add to our pack in the coming weeks and on current form he is getting nowhere near the first-choice 17.

Is there any reason why Hampshire and not Smith took the conversion for the Burgess try?.

Smith picked up a knock in the build up and had been receiving treatment on the pitch.

| Well it's nice to have a back-up kicker anyway. If anyone saw the shambles the other week when Manly were reduced to having Steve Matai attempt kicks...
It was like watching a pub team!

did you say the same last year when we went to langtree and put in a really good performance that would have taken a lot out of us to beat a previously unbeaten saints?

| Easter Monday games can and often are, unpredictable affairs. We all know the reasons why.
Hopefully it will be a good contest, something we've not given you guys at all for quite a while. We're stronger at home this year and seem to actually be settling as a side now that Dobson has had a few games. He bossed Hudds all over the park for our win yesterday. However, we just haven't turned-up the last few times against Wigan and you've rightly battered us on a few occasions. I'm hoping that the new found team spirit we've been building will mean we are at least competitive on Monday.
The game could literally go either way.
Hopefully, we'll see plenty of you down at the AJ.

we were a lot better team then, and this game was way harder and draining than those, hope we win but can't see it.

| Manfredi, Joel Tomkins and Crosby have dropped out of the 19 with Bowen, Tierney and Greenwood coming in.
I think I'd pick Bowen on the wing and go-
Hampshire
Bowen Gelling Sarginson Burgess
Williams Smith
Mossop McIlorum Clubb
L Farrell Bateman Sutton
Subs
Patrick Tautai C Farrell Tomkins

'We were a better team'- did we not get 7 points from the same 8 games last season? we have got 9 from them this season.
As for yesterday being harder, we had 3 props on the bench. Non of the forwards played particularly long mins. Mickey Mac had a very long spell on the bench. This was a clear plan by Wane. He made the game physical know that we had enough in the tank with options in the forwards.
if you had argued we were playing a better team than Bradford or Hull Kr i could have understood.

2572.jpg Ah, good taste!
What a dreadful thing!
Taste is the enemy of creativeness.

| Fullback Matty Bowen returns to the squad while James Greenwood also comes in. Outside back Lewis Tierney could be in line for his first appearance of the season.
Making way are Dom Manfedi, Joel Tomkins and Dom Crosby.
