| Well personally i was hoping we would avoid Leed's until the Grand Final but that doesn't mean we cant beat them. Make no mistake we have the skills and players to pull it off but we must be squeeky clean on Friday. They have the mental toughness to pull it off again. Peacock has been magnificent of late and we need to stop his runs, a couple of big shots from Mickey Mac wouldn't do any harm, it will defintley turn into an arm wrestle, the way Leeds play in big games they always seem to turn it into a kick chase marathon with Sinfield gaining valuable position throughout the game and trying to force the error in the following set, we need to counteract this and Matty and Blake need to rise to the occasion and for me they will be the key to winning this match. Throw in a little magic from Sam and it could be our year. Wane has also commented this week that he want's the fans to get behind the team on Friday, i couldn't agree more to be honest, lets get vocal for once, get behind the players give them that boost, because this will definitley be an energy sapping encounter. GOOD LUCK LADS!!!!

| Score more points than them.
Do this and we have a fair chance.
I don't know. Throw in Powell and ask him to target Peacock early doors? Hope that Leeds are as shattered as they looked in the last 20 vs Stains?
Hope it persists it down and rely on inspired forward performances and Smith having a good day with the boot?

| 1. Pressure Pressure Pressure Kevin Sinfield - We can't allow him room to dictate play, shut him down like we did to Brough.
2. Blitz them early like we did when we put 50 on them last season
3. Use our extra week off to our advantage by high tempo early, apparently they looked knackered against Saints (didn't see the game) so line speed needs to be top notch
4. Don't let that little $h!t Burrow have any room to breathe.
Job done? Sounds so simple! Never bloody is against Leeds though

Actually that's a point i failed to mention Blitz them early will also be key if we fall behind then thats when sinfield steps in to turn it into a borefest we need to be quick out of the blocks

| -Control the ruck area, nullify their flat short passing game allowing their forwards to get on the front foot.
-Play tight on Rob Burrow, he's their danger man, don't let him run across the line looking for gaps, he has the ability to draw players out the line causing holes in the defence.
-Kick pressure on Sinfield.
-Clamp in the tackles, they like to offload regularly.
And for us....
-Establish the platform, with good yards made with an excellent kicking game we can find ourselves in their half, we have what it takes to score given good field position.
-Don't make mistakes, don't give away silly penalties, they cost field position which we can't afford to give up
-Don't be afraid to throw the ball around from time to time dragging their time from side to side, a lot of their players are older and will tire, this adds an unpredictable element to our game which is often missing.
Plus... stick to the basics and we'll win.

| Same as Hudds for me, try to compete well with their pack and kick well. If their forwards keep having to trundle it out of their half and defend repeat sets they should get tired. Also, don't shootout the line trying to nail Rob Burrow like the crowd always shout we should. Keep a good line, gradually move it up and he'll have nowhere to go. Pressuring Sinfield and protecting the kick receiver is vital too. Got a feeling this will be a low scoring chess match, so we need to keep our concentration for the full 80. One interception or missed tackle could give them the game

| Refs allow LEEDS to play the offside game and we must nullify this with grabber kicks over their line as Lee Briers did. My memory of the Warrington v Leeds game was of Westwood getting simple tries because of excellent kicks by Briers. Even if the kicks don't come off it will stop LEEDS rushing out at speed.
Players should be aware of Moon's offloads. I feel interceptions can be had here. We must beware of giving interceptions away...once again LEEDS will be offside waiting to pick off passes to our wingers.

| It's all about our energy in attack and defence for me. Tackle like you mean it and run like you mean it and everything else clicks in to place. The backs have space to move, the passes hit their mark and our kickers find space. We didn't play with any energy or spark (other then the cup final) for weeks leading up to the Huddersfield game but that came back in that game and we hit top form again.
We need to do the usual against Leeds (close down Sinfield, try and get on top in the forwards to limit the space for McGuire and Burrow, play the game down their end etc) but as long as that energy is there we'll give ourselves a chance.

| An intelligent kicking game to keep there defence on side and keep the outside backs from rushing up.

| During the warm up all season the backs have practiced the long flat kick to the wings to run onto.
I recall Green putting one out to Richards earlier in the season.
If they can nail one of these early on it would put doubts into the Leeds rushing defence trying to prevent our "move".
But none of that would matter without a massive performance form our forwards, who, need to play how they did against Huddersfield.

If he picks Powell, it will be a sign that he want's a very physical game.
