Well I have been fortunate enough to travel a lot and when in Fiji I mentioned the where I was from to one of the staff in the place we were staying and I had a hard time not being dragged off to coach his team because, he said, as I was from Wigan "I must know all about Rugby".
When you have fans pegged like that then you are a famous club. |

I think you are confusing 'famous' with recently successful
We are still the most famous club in Rugby League, and that's why other fans don't like us.

Wigan fans shouldn't take this as a compliment to their team. They would have followed anyone who was playing against us. Deep rooted jealousy is a terrible thing.
