Looked a proper break that. Granted I was watching through my fingers as I don't like watching slow-mo's of injuries but it looked like a bad one to me. Hope he's ok.

As I said on the match thread, I fancy that to be the end of the Exiles concept.
I'd be devastated for Tommy if it's a bad one, fingers crossed it looked worse than it is for his sake and the club's.

Absolutely gutted for him. that looked like a nasty one, Looked like a break but I hope to god it isn't. A key player for us and our season could be really affected if we lose Tommy now. All for a game that no one cares about. lets just hope no one else gets injured.

Means we'll have to prepare for next season earlier. Wonder what the odds on sending a bit of money Salford's way to get Smith in early are? Could we even demand compensation from the RFL for a serious injury to a key player in a pointless match that they concocted?

Gutted about Tommy
BUT the exiles concept is still one we need to push and let grow.
England have to play someone mid season and this is better than a match against France.

we could always chuck some money at Cas and bring Chase in, similar to the gleeson mid-season signing. We should have salary cap space and he can take Amos Roberts salary for this year with an increase for next year. |

Yeah, I think England will definitely add another 40+ points in the last three minutes, you're bang on with your assessment.
I hope Tommy's not badly hurt, cracking player and a big loss to Super League, but I can't understand how him leading with his knees in the tackle where he hurt himself didn't result in an England penalty. |

Didn't west ham do that when there striker, his name escapes me, got injured on England duty. Pretty sure they got a pay out |
