Hey everyone, hope someone can help.
Got tickets for Saturday, however, no way of getting there. Driving there could be out of the question, and national rail seems to reckon getting the train from Wigan to Widnes and swapping in the worst place on earth twice will cost us £60, so that wont be happening.
Anyone know the best way of getting there outside this? Bus? Or is there a cheaper way of getting the train?

| The Wigan - Widnes train pricing is bizzare to say the least.
Just pay them separate, Wigan - Bank Quay. Walk over to central and Warrington central to Widnes is about £2.90 return now  |

there is a taxi company advertising on wish fm, 5.50 each for a minibus of 8 and i think it was 8.50 each for a taxi return.

Train into St Helens and bus into Widnes would be my suggestion. It's bit of a bugger getting there though. Thank God for Stormin' Norman's coach!
