What's going on with him at all? Is he fit? Noticed he didn't play in the U20's this week. Hardly played for the first team all year. Seems Goulding and Marsh are ahead of him if a back gets injured. I'd imagine he's on a fair wage so its quite annoying.
Add that Fielden and Gleeson haven't featured all year and that's a fair chunk of the cap we've been playing without all season.
Can we get rid of Roberts next season or are we stuck with him for another year? Can't afford to carry players in a salary cap sport.

I heard he "needs/has recently had" ANOTHER operation on his knee. |

Games as big as Grand Finals define individuals and clubs. Remember, we only rent these journeys. In my time I had Pat Richard's shirt. Ellery Hanley had Sean O'Loughlin's jersey. Sam Tomkins is wearing Radders' number one jersey. Andy Coley is wearing Shaun Wayne's jersey. You have to make a mark in these shirts before you hand it down to someone else. Hand it back. So be aware for 80 minutes that you are not only playing, but you are also writing history and creating legacy. How many people actually write history - not many? A big stage demands big players…..INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MATES.

Gleeson has not featured on the salary for quite some time. |

Maybe so, but we didn't replace his salary for most of the year. Then, I presume Hock and Cross were signed using that cap space. Theyv'e added next to nothing though (can't blame Cross for that). |

Can't believe people having a go! He was being lined up for man of steel until he got injured. Spoke to him Saturday and he told me he had another year. Hope he gets another go next year. A victim of circumstances if you ask me. Good luck for next season Amos!

I'd like to think he will eventually recover from the knee injury. Wishing him luck in the off season. |
