A great day for the association with four cracking passionate finals played in blustery showery conditions in the earlier part of the day and glorious sunshine for the latter.
I would like to thank all who made today possible especially Karen ( respect ) Jackson ,Kath Miller, Mick Turner and Eileen Bright.
With a big thanks to the new BARLA youth and junior board member Stu Prior in presenting all four finals medal winners.

My son played for shevington sharks. He broke his finger at the end of first half.but stayed on to complete match

that's what i like to hear a player with a bit of courage, if only some of our players where as tough

The Bridge/Miners game went to extra time. Bridge scored on the whistle at the end of ET. Golden point would have been interesting but very cruel!

No he was there fullback.

Will be the same player. He was playing full back but wearing 12 against Shevvy a few weeks ago. Had a great game.
