Does anybody know if Wigan has a club historian?
Had a look on website and there is club history, cant see a contact.

There are many mate!!
I am writing my MA dissertation on the club and my supervisor has asked me to see if the club has an historian. An overview of my research looks at the clubs growth and development since its creation, with some key interviews and how the clubs role has changed over that period. Finally to conclude will look and see if we can take any lessons from Wigan and apply it to the other SL franchises i.e. Crusaders.
I was wondering if there was an officlal hisotrian for the club as it would make my life easier than trawling thorugh archives etc. |

I did my dissertation on something very similar from Durham Univerity, I can send you some bits if you'd like? I did an interview with Phil Clarke and Dave Hadfield to get varying media views - both were very very helpful if you need any ideas |

You need some academic help, that's for sure. Memories are fine but no one alive today can help with stories of the 1872-1914 (approx) years.
