Just seen this group on facebook (i dont know if i can paste it on here) it seems to get rid of the chav element at the back of the south stand the real fans will be moving to the side of the stand starting June 4th. Dont know how this will work to be honest but it's good that the fans up there are are trying thier best to get rid of the trouble makers

I dont know who has started this group or anyone who wants to move but this is some of the stuff that the creator says
[iThe big South Stand move. After all the recent threats of bans from the Wigan RL Club me and a few other genuine fans have decided its best to move to the corner of the south stand to get away from all the chav like fans who are getting the genuine fans like myself a bad name.[/i
The gist of what Motherfecker posted was some people were annoyed about fans causing trouble during Cas and les cats in scotland but like you i cba reading it all

Well basically this kid who calls himself 'ginger warrior' goes to rugby with all his mates and they seem to end up in alot of fights with other fans, but claim that they never start things and are always provoked, so they are moving away from the middle of the south stand to the corner of the south stand away from the 'real' trouble makers. Also they seem to have been banned off all coaches so i dont think we will see them at away matches  |

Interesting you mention the name 'Ginger Wiganer'. On Sunday before our game, during the Castleford game, I and two others were confronted and pushed by an angry Cas fan outside the ground, he said "your lot are causing trouble again, my girlfriend has been punched, you're scum". Anyway after it had all calmed down and the man apologised, he mentioned the group involved was a bunch of lads, one with 'Ginger Wiganer' on the back of his top.
I recommended they contacted the Wigan club as the trouble had been getting worse and worse during the last months. I don't care if they were provoked but to punch a woman is unacceptable, it's funny how the trouble always involves them. I now know the lads by some of their faces now. It's pathetic one week they are disrespecting a minute's silence one week and the next being involved in a confrontation with a woman on a friendly day out of rugby league with other fans!

The club are aware of the incident, and it's currently being investigated.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

I'm in the east. The people in the south are the ones who could sort it out, they choose not to, I know stewards should but what have they ever done really? I won't be moving back to the south unless home games suddenly get a really good atmosphere going. I'm quite happy in the east on the backrow, no trouble, great view.
I am actually going to defend those lads who apparently caused troubel with the cas fans, I was sat around that area at the time and they were not doing any harm. They were actually just singing and it was the cas fans who started the trouble. I recognise a few, they are the fellas with the drum. It's great when they get an atmosphere going but they really do make the club look bad at times.

im sorry but thats aload of rubbish. commen sense tells you that you dont go and sit in the middle of another set of fans and start singing wigan songs.
if this was the other way round and for example, wire fans came and sat in the middle of us and started singing their songs, id love to see the out-cry on here about it!!!
plain and simple they shouldnt have gone and sat in with the cas fans.. end of.
