I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum.
Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight!

The Giants will win because they owe one to wire for the Cup final last year, and having already lost to wire this season as well. Plus us beating them should spur them on further.
Quins have been playing some really good stuff recently, while Saints have been on fire the last two weeks, but I feel Saints may struggle to keep that form going 3 weeks in a row, Quins just in a very very tight game.

The Huddersfield v Warrington game will be a good one but I think Warrington are a little bit better than them in pretty much every department, I really didn't think much to Huddersfield at the weekend either, but they may have had one eye on this game to be fair so maybe we'll see a big performance from them.
Harlequins v St Helens will be a good game, and I'd predict an upset if Harlequins were playing a worse team. It'll be closer than the tables suggest, but Saints will have enough to edge it.
Looking at the teams that I've predicted to go through we could have a fairly easy road to the final, just need to dodge Saints and the winner of that Hudds/Wire game, hopefully they will draw each other.

Saints are dying to draw us at KR, just so they can win the last game between us there. No worries they will draw wire at home

| Aside from us, I think the other winners will be:
Bradford - The Bulls pack should be able to steamroll their opposites and lay a platform for Kearney and Co to go to town. However, if the Bulls don't get their heads right, this could be worth a quid as the biggest cup upset of the century.
Leeds - The Rhinos will be too strong for the Panthers, even with a few players rested.
Wire - Believe that Hodgson is still out. Without his link play in attack, as a 3rd pivot, the Giants lack the attacking edge which has seen them rip teams this season. I also believe that his positioning in defence for kick returns is vastly underrated and usually worth about 10 metres per set. He'll be a massive loss for them this week and while the packs will be pretty equal, his absence may prove the difference.
Crusaders - While Crusaders aren't exactly blessed with stars in the pack or the threequarters, they seem to be working well for each other. With Withers, Sammut and Witt as their pivots I believe they'll have too much guile for the Dragons, provided their pack can contain the Frenchmen in the first 20.
Halifax - Fax defence hasn't been what it could be this season but by the same token, Batley are really struggling to score at the moment. I'd go with Fax by 10+.
Barrow - Hunslet are going well at the moment but I think that Barrow will be too strong and quick for them all over the field. Should be a comfortable win for Barrow.
Quins - This will either go one of two ways IMO. A hard fought and narrow win for Quins, which they are more than capable of, or a good start for Saints, followed by a Quins collapse and a 30-40 point Saints victory. I think that Brian Mac is a very astute coach and will have done his homework on Saints and correctly identified their weaknesses, as he did with us. It'll be all down to the start on this match.

I think being holders of the trophy will make Wire even more focussed on this competition than they were last year and that it will take a very good team to stop them. Whilst Huddersfield have a mean defence the Warrington attack is looking well drilled and slick and I think has what it takes to unlock the tight Hudds defence.
Quins are in some good form but so are Saints and they have the ability to turn it on and embarrass most teams. If close then the old heads in the Saints team will steady the ship and see them through. If Saints get on a roll and are allowed to throw the ball about before half time then Quins may be grateful that it isn't on tv.
With two Co-op league teams guaranteed to get through to round 6 there is a chance that both ourselves and Bradford could both progress to the last four without having to play a SL team (Or that one of the two could even get to Wembley without facing SL opponents).

I will look to the moment, and miraculously, the future will take care of itself.
