Now, as you know a few people are moving to the South from the East next season witrh Jimmy Birts who is hoping to have quite a few flags on display in the South stand for home games. But I think we should pride ourselves on flags and banners next season, especially for away games. It would be brilliant at places like Harlequins away and Catalans to see hundreds of banners. They aren't that expensive, for example im considering having a plain red banner with white writing saying "WE HAVE ACHIEVED WHAT YOU CAN ONLY EVER DREAM OF" which obviously could be taken to any stadium

Good idea. I go to FC United games when i can and at the games there are hundreds of flags hung up. Looks quality at away games and i agree we should get some more at Wigan. Even the ones that have already been done dont seem to get used very well.

I wont be moving to the South this year but was thinking about some flag ideas. One with "GREATEST CLUB IN THE WORLD" on it and another stolen from United with "IF I HADN'T SEEN SUCH RICHES I COULD LIVE WITH BEING POOR" printed on it.

Fantastic. There is loads you could copy and nobody would care. Iv recently bought a book "the flags and banners of Liverpool F.C" There are around 900 flags in the book, some fantastic one's what we could have for example, all plain red with white letters....

I was thinking of a Union Jack design with the colours changed to cherry, white and black with "The Wigan Way" or something similar/better written across it.

I have a GB flag saying Wigan RL ancient and loyal, I will take it to more games, other people should get some aswell, just get some cheep material and make your own.
