we`ve tasted this on to many occasion to that lot...but as a neutral it was a great game...should be a cracker next week....hope you have a hangover like we do when we play that lot...p.s. i was hoping in a stange sort of way you`d beat em

Enthralling game for the neutrals, very enjoyable. Was on the Pop Side and Wigan really needed to use the left hand attacking side more often; Gardner didn't have a clue where his opposing winger was, his defensive positioning is atrocious.

what a great game to watch as a neutral, unfortunatly i was at the KC last night, but watched the game later on s.sports, wish our team could play with the sort of passion both teams showed last night.

TBH I wasn't that disappointed by the defeat last night, it was a great game to watch and privilege to be there to witness it. When the team put in that kind of an effort the fans can't complain. Not nice to lose so late on, but I wasn't 'gutted'.

Not as orrible as it would have been if we had been thrashed, I thought last nights match was one of the best derbys I have seen in a good few years.
The effort was there from both teams and at the end of the day it was the weather conditions that helped saints with there second try but i`m not using that as an excuse. If the management at wigan keep faith with the youngsters and keep the team together things can only get better. | | |
