I know! thats what gets me annoyed, there is obviously something wrong with the telephone queueing system! I dont actually mind waiting 20 minutes to get through but please dont take the pi$$ and tell me I am number 2 for 20 minutes!!... then I went straight from 2 to be served!!
I e-mailed the club last time and did get a call from Mick Hogan and explained the problem and he said he would investigate, obviously no improvement!!
Still hey got my tickets!! I am a happy person! Roll on the 8th August!!

Luckily, I got through and got very good service as per usual.

| Well, the missus went down at 8am and there were only 20 in front of her.. i got there at 9.02am and it took me a whole 5 minutes to get served 
To be honest, I am disappointed at how few people are in the queue !
If its not a late surge or steady stream then I am beginning to think that Widnes was the right choice after all. |

To be fair they have every booth open and I could see at least 3 on the phones in the back too.
