This player must be the craziest players Wigan have had since Mcdermott and Skerret getting yellow carded and then coming back on and nearly poking the eyes out of a saints player a050.gif

Everybody says, Willie Isa is a great guy, and I'm sure he is, but he's losing it here.

His and others lack of discipline comes from one place - the Head Coach. You can see the players getting frustrated with how they’re playing. They’ve no idea what to do and it’s showing in other areas such as giving needless and reckless penalties away.

Did you have that same opinion of the Coach when Hock was playing for Wigan?

No Coach can be held responsible for the behaviour of any player unless they know the reason why they become indiscipline in any incident.

Can see the review panel looking at several incidents in this game from Isa, with several weeks sat in the stands.

ISA did remind me of how Hock went about his intimidation, the difference though is that he applied it to all players but ISA won't do that stuff against big forwards.

I love Isa because he loses his mind like I would having to try and play in that team. The guy can’t influence anything in terms of a forward battle playing at centre and he’s clearly getting frustrated.

I don’t blame him in the slightest.

Sorry but it’s true. Look at who he went after last night - Grace, Percival, Welsby. In the game at Saints it was Percival and Welsby.

Would he do to Knowles or Lees what he did to Welsby last night? Not a chance.

He tries too hard to be the big guy and some kind of enforcer but he’s a complete liability. An utter moron.

Are you actually joking? The coach can’t be held responsible? If course he can! It was obvious to everyone Isa was interested in one thing and one thing only - and it wasn’t playing rugby. He was a liability and should have been taken off. Instead Lam kept him on.

Hock might have been a sh*thouse occasionally but he was a far superior player to Isa in his pomp. Hock was shown the door when it became too regular and overtook his playing ability. I can guarantee Isa won’t be shown the door.

Listen, do I condone his behaviour, no

Playing in the centre those are the players hes up agai st 90% of the time

Hes spent 90% of his game time at Wigan over 6 seasons and never took a backward step against anyone.

Not took a backward step I agree. He’s aggressive most of the time against everyone. But what I’m saying is he only seems to overstep the mark against certain types of player. As I said; he wouldn’t have hit knowles on the floor like that in my opinion.

I like Isa I think he has been one of our better performers over recent months BUT not just last night but for a few weeks now he seems to have been playing on or at times well over the edge and making really bad decisions. A time out (ban) might just help him reset and get back to being a better player.
