After much discussion on the other thread, it has been suggested to ask the fans what they think if a few of us decided to do a recorded version of the song "Ancient and Loyal". The last song Wigan had recorded was the Wigan rugby club song and after the feedback on the other thread I'd like to hear what everyone else thought before we let the club no what our intensions our. Feel free to add anymore suggestios aswell as this is the fans that are doing it, not the club.

Polls on here are a complete waste of time. I used to do Man of the Match polls years a go but Saints fans kept coming on and repeatedly voting for Dennis Moran.

Personally I like the fact the song goes way back into our history but voted no because of the fact there is nothing remotely modern in the song. That makes me cringe a bit and smacks of us trying to cling on to the past which little to show for the present. I understand why but still.
