Really struggling to get tickets for Sunday on that crazy ticket site! It says log on to your account to confirm your season ticket seat for the match and I have done but there is no way of doing that I have even tried clicking on my seat but it says unavailable because it is obviously reserved for me to buy! Argh! The little key at the top also says that the seats are on general sale which I know isn't the case. Can anyone help me out please? Had a similar problem last year trying to renew the season tickets! They need to sort it out.

If you log in with the correct info (i.e. your name, DOB, address, etc.) that matches your season ticket, then it'll prompt you to purchase a ticket for your seat.

I logged in with my user name and password as I have previously registered and it has my client code at the top of the page and my name but no way to purchase tickets other than the unreserved tickets that are on 'general sale' but they shouldn't be! Crazy website!

Just buy your required tickets & report to club in morning then they can add your ST seats back to the undeserved allocation...

when you go into E-Ticket Home, it should give you your own ticket in Blue. mine did. Tick it, and click on "Add to Basquette".

I'll never order on there as long as I live. The most unreliable e-ticketing service in the world. I know plenty of people who have done it and ended up with 12 tickets when they only wanted one because it came up with an error loads of times yet still processed the information.

Don't mean to play devils advocate but I literally buy 99% of my tickets on there and can safely say I've never had one problem

below where it say's about your ticket, it say's "add member", if you click on this it then lets you add other season tickets holder to your list. thats how i got my tickets earlier today.

Safest possible way!!! I went down to the stadium and got mine.

It shows the GS icon because tickets for the game are on general sale.

When you click 'buy tickets' it will bring up your seat saying 'Reserved'. Simply tick the box and then add to basket. You can then checkout with your seat.

Ive never had a problem with it either. Only time it doesnt work is usually when im doing summat wrong

It doesn't do any of that sadly. Just takes me to a screen with the seating plan where it says my seat is unavailable. They aren't on general sale until Tuesday so it shouldn't be offering me the general sale seats surely!!

The seats that aren't held by season ticket holders are on general sale...
