| Who do you reckon is in the running for MOS this year?
Peacock?
Ferres?
Clarke?
I don't think anyone from Wigan will be up there at the end of the season.

| Funny season for us really. Nobody in the running for the MOS award and very few candidates to be in the dream team yet I'd still say we look in just about the best place going in to the play offs.
As for the man of steel I'd give it to Daryl Clark I think. He's been exceptional in an incredible season for Castleford.

| I think that Jamie Peacock will win it this year and that Daryll Clark will win young player award,
like you say it's been a funny season and JP was probably far better last season than this, but he still deserves it imo

| Bowen shouldn't be mentioned really. He's having an excellent second half of the year but Escare has been consistent throughout the year and deserves the dream team spot and should be higher in the reckoning for MOS.

| We won't have any in the MoS final list for sure. It's been a while since that happened.

| Cant believe Escare is being mentioned in the same breath as Bowen. The lad has so many flaws in his game it is unbelievable. Pace covers a lot of his flaws but that non the less in my opinion is not enough to make him anything more of an average SL player at best.
Darryl Clark is the man for me. Heartbeat of Cas and the potential to be a regarded as a Great. Wire really have done a fantastic bit of business in signing him up, he could single handedly make them a force again.

If it's true that Clark to Wire was signed, sealed and paid for a long time ago, which it seems it is, then it is a brilliant bit of business from Wire. There would be a few more thousand on the asking price if someone was trying to buy him after this season, that's for sure.
It's a shame for Cas, losing the likes of Clark, Sneyd, Hauraki and maybe others for next season I can't see them being able to replicate what they've done in 2014. I'm sure everyone associated with Cas would have snapped your hand off if you'd offerred them a Wembley appearance and at least a top 6 finish at the beginning of the season. It would be good for the game if they could have kicked on and established themselves amongst the other top teams, and they may well do, but I can't see it tbh. 2015 will probably be a rebuilding season and they'll be challenging the likes of Catalans, both Hulls and Widnes for a place in the 8. They are also in desperate need of a new stadium, which may be another reason they have decided to cash in on Clark.

I’d go with this so far this season, but I would like to say that for us Smithy has been a bit of a rock amongst all the injuries we’ve had, but as for MOS he wouldn’t get a look in. At this time, JP is a shoe in IMO.

| Matty Bowen for us, had a couple of injuries to be in contention for the main prize though.

Escare is one of the most exciting talents to come through SL in recent years.
