| Right result in the end i think but how the hell can Peyroux not be awarded that try last night but Hull did. It just doesn't make sense. I cast my mind back to Ryan Hall v Australia. He had a finger on the ball and wasn't given because of lack of sufficient downward pressure. What rules are we all playing here? There wasn't even any evidence that the Hull player had touched it on the ground with our Victorian super zoom with about 7 pixels.
All in all though, happy. Great effort from Hull in the second half and i think Radford is a well organized and honest man. I hope they kick on again next year and prove they aren't a fly by night this season.

| Well done Wigan, enjoyed that, it was a real blood and guts game. Lots of character in the side Powell and Gelling stand out players for me.

| Effort and commitment personified. Great win with so many players out.
I thought it was a try, only issue is how long it took. In the end it didn't matter and the right team won.

| Just get a statue of Gelling up outside the ground already. "Man of the people" Awesome effort from the boys once again, let's hope we have one last big graft in us!
Side note: Crosby our new scrum half?

| Well done deserved the win, Wigan and Warrington are much more expteienced than Hull in these situations and know how to peak at the right time. Slightly disappointed tonight, but a season we have had, challenge now is to kick on or least stay were we are and challenge for the next few years, I think we have the players, coach, owner and systems in place to do that.
If you could do us s favour and take back the right Wigan fan that's on our board, then it would make us all happy.
Enjoy next Saturday.

| Brave effort from Sarginson at full back tonight, nice to see him run at pace towards the defence, we have not seen that for a while.
Also though FPN was tremendous in that first half, he will be some player next season when he is fully fit.

| Good on you lads Dave K and Number 6. I thought Hull showed immense character to come back tonight but ultimately the energy ran out of the tank. It was a superb advert for the game I thought played between two tough, honest sides.
Watching the replay now trying to chill out!
What a game!!

| Best team won on the night.
We created nothing in the first half and paid for it. Glad it ended up a close game though.
You've taken some stick for your style this year but its been undeniably effective and you've really toughed it out.

He lets his passion spill over at times but he can be fulsome in his praise of the opposition at times.
It's difficult for him to do that a lot of the time especially pre games because I think he tried to build a siege mentality. He throws all the lines about like 'Hull have cherry picked their squad from the NRL' or 'They've got a fully fit squad' to try and build that up.
He's been criticised a lot this year (including by me towards the end of the regular season) but the way he's created this 'us against the world' spirit over the last month had been terrific.
All the best.

| Yep, no complaints from me either. Well played Wigan.
Great game. You completely bossed the first half, before our comeback in the second, before you came back to clinch it in the end.
Enjoyed Gellings interview too.
For what it's worth I thought the Michael's try was a great piece of refereeing tonight, in the way he let Wigan play and 'score'. Others may have immediately blown to have a look on video, but at least he allowed the play to finish.
It must be the first time two tries have been feasible at the same time. Thought there was enough to show his finger did apply pressure, however we do need to get more consistency in how the decisions are made with the initial Ref Try/No Try referral.
Some big try decisions could have gone either way in recent weeks and we need to ensure they are not being left for debate within the final result.
