| We look far better this half, far more fluid and actually like we want to play. It’s total night and day compared to the first half.

| I wonder what Peet said to them at half time? A completely different side.

| Night & day. That’s the intent & effort we expect to see, 2nd half.

| Really enjoyed that - fun, competitive game. Glad we got it together in the second half considering the occasion. Much better from Dupree in the second half.

| Happy enough in the end. We just need to tick wins off until we get some bodies back and some confidence/form. I thought Keighran, Dupree, Smith and Wardle were really good.
It was a mixed bag of a debut for Wade. You can tell there's some athletic talent there but he's obviously raw in terms of rugby league smarts. Fair play rocking up in Gold boots though, that takes some nuts on your debut in the sport!

| I think first half was probably the worst we have played in this poor run of performances and i although i knew the lads had the character to grind a win out I didn’t expect it as Huddersfield were playing well and have drastically improved the last month but once we got the first try it was night and day, we pretty much dominated the whole second half and looked much quicker and more threatening, far more depth in our attack. Not gonna lie I was pretty worried at half time for both the result of that game and our hopes in the play offs but that second half performance is something to build on and hopefully we can kick on now.

| Rugby league isn’t an overly complex game.
Run harder, tackle harder and retain the ball and you have a good chance of winning, and that’s what we did in the second half.
Havard went from lumbering it in to carrying with intent and actually looking interested.
I’d be interested to see our metre gains comparison first half vs second half I bet they are night and day.

| Cold light of day and it was a decent win that will hopefully kick start the run in. Could and should've been a lot better with three 'trys' butchered in the first half plus to put it mildly a harsh obstruction call for Harry Smith. Going off MP's post match comments that's probably going to be the team for the next few weeks so hopefully Smith/Keighran can work on the combinations. One thing I noticed was Wade on the left, thought it was a bit curious because in all the highlight reels I've seen of him he's been on the right wing, a couple of dodgy moments but not bad for his first pro league game, I just hope that was a bit of cramp on his last run and nothing more serious.

It was the type of turnaround you love to see as a fan. In a weird way the defeats recently have boosted my enthusiasm for the rest of the season - there's suddenly jeopardy to games with a lot riding on them if we want to stay in the top 2. Seeing us click into gear and hearing the crowd really get behind the team was great to see. Im concerned one of the Leigh defeats might come back to bite us - we definitely need to win the next two home games by hook or by crook and then hopefully we can get French, Thompson and co back quickly after the week's break.

| A bit worrying when our forwards only really started to dominate when Hudds lost the 2 players to HIA
