That happens all the time in games though. We got one or two decisions like that too. I re-watched the game last night, and, as so often, I didn't see too much to complain about with the ref's performance on a second viewing. I thought the obstruction in mid-field which handed Wigan possession ("You ran behind your own player" No he didn't) was pretty harsh.

the six again on the last tackle at 12-10 with ten to go killed rovers there was plenty of them in the game but that one looked dodgy ,rovers were gassed at that point wigan just about shaded it no complaints ,the rucks need more policing for every team

The repeat set from which Smith scored I didn?t think was dodgy.
Nsemba ran the ball in and was tackled by around three Rovers players. He was still standing when the ref called ?held?, they then tackled Junior to the floor.  That was when the repeat set was called. A 6 again is pretty routine when players take the ball carrier to the floor after ?held? has been called.


Certainly a turning point in the game.
