Ticketing system has never worked for me, and this Gold membership is no exception. I get to the log-in page, and it accepts the log-in, tied to my email address. But it seems that it doesn't recognise that that is 'me'. So I can't click on anything to buy a ticket. And, of course, I want the same seat I've always had. As far as I can see, the info and FAQs say nothing about that! So, as usual, a trip to the ticket office seems my best bet.
And, of course, I'm another one who's already bought a Samoa ticket (at no small expense!).
Can't you get a physical ticket from the ticket office for the Samoa game? Mind you, it's moot, because I've already bought one, like plenty of other Wigan fans.
