| Here’s a bit of fun (the idea pinched from an Aussie fan site).
My ultimate Wigan 'dream team' tour party of (relatively) modern times.
I was watching in the 1960s, but that’s too long ago to remember it clearly. So, I’m starting at 1970. In addition, I’m not counting anyone who’s currently in the squad. Do that, and I always find it skews your judgement.
Anyway, here we go (feel free to agree or disagree) …

| Since I started watching in 2001
1. Radlinski
2. Charnley
3. Renouf
4. Carmont
5. Richards
6. French
7. S.Tomkins
8. O'Connor
9. Newton
10. A.Farrell
11. Hock
12. Hoffman
13. O'Loughlin
14. Barrett
15. Flower
16. L.Farrell
17. Bateman
Honorary mentions to Field, Dallas, Connolly, Deacon and Leuluai. Feels a bit slim pickings at prop compared with the riches elsewhere hence moving A.Farrell there. He was immense at prop in his last season though.

I thanked him and went on my Merry way!

Forgot Craig Smith, good shout. I've probably let international selection sway me a bit with L.Farrell v Hock. Obviously Farrell is the better club man and has done more for us, less sure that I'd select him when both were at their peak (ignoring off field stuff obviously).
