I would definitely recommend Restaurant Entrecôte. We discovered this restaurant in Bordeaux when youngest son and I went down to the international match in Agen. Mrs B and I have had holidays for 2 months every year since 2008 in Arcachon and make a point of going the 70kms to Bordeaux every other week just to have steak frites. There is no menu, just rare, medium or bien cuit. As the website says they don't take reservations and it is the only restaurant I have ever know the French to queue. Large quantity of steak and absurd amounts of frites.
Absolutely superb and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend it too highly unless you are a vegetarian in which case good luck in finding a French vegetarian restaurant.

Just looking on the Toulouse Olympique website and loved this description in their preview of the match on Saturday describing Wigan as "cette équipe emblématique" - this iconic club.

However they also named our colours as being 'blanc et grenat', i.e. white and garnet !

Has anyone filled in an EU Passenger Locator Form to get into France?

Got my vaccine certs printed and Sworn Declaration form completed. I thought that would be it but now just seen this on one of my emails from the airline.

I'm aware we need to fill in a UK PLF to get back home but didn't think we had to going over there.

Tbf, 'cerise' (cherry) seems to mean a much paler, pinkish tone in France, so maybe they were closer to the spirit of it.

I think you only need the sworn statement and your vaccination certificate . The EU locator form is very easy to fill in and submit so we did it just in case . You get a QR code by return just as you do with the UK one . We fly out Thursday lunchtime so if we have any problems I will post on here . I think the confusion happened as the rules changed early February and people are reading rules that haven't been updated

A refresher for Leuluai to get ready for a big game at Catalans next week and just opportunities for Miski and O’Neill for strong pre seasons in place of Bibby and Partington. It’ll be a long ten days for some of those lads if they don’t have a game to get involved in. I’d look to give Shorrocks and Partington a go next week from the bench and bring Bibby and Tommy back in.

It’ll be a chance for Harry Smith and Abbas Miski IMO. I think you’ll see Isa, Bibby and Tommy rested.
