| Clinical. That is a very strong squad, great mix of workhorses/experience, skill and pace.
Watch out SL, dark horse for few trophies this year imo. Well done Wigan and Matty Peet

| Was that Billy Casper interviewing Field & Cust at the end? Bloody embarrassing.

| Quote 100% Warrior="100% Warrior"Was in vintage? Definitely not but I saw enough there to convince me that we will be on a whole better this year. Few little things to polish up, silly errors in D and attack but nothing I’m concerned about now. HKR away on the first evening of the season was never going to be either pretty or easy. An all round decent performance IMO. On to Leeds!'"

| Not blown away but a positive start.
Dont like mentioning refs but feel Child hammered us particularly in the first half. Thought it was a pretty 50/50 game in the first half.
Wasnt particularly impressed with Hull KR's pack on paper but we didnt dominate them as much as I would have liked, Singleton and Ellis first spell was underwhelming.
Field superb, Cust great bar the missed tackle.
I would have a took this win this morning but a bigger test next week against a great pack in Leeds.
Hope Thornley okay, that tackle was a shocker!

Perhaps try saying 'the ref was f###ing sh##e. Again.
That might even be more accurate.

| I think we are going to have some fun with Mago this year. Looks like a very entertaining player. Few errors in him but looks like he wants to promote the ball. Ellis looked very hardworking and solid.
Thought all our middles went well with the exception of Singleton who had a poor game.
KPP whilst not able to highlight his attacking flair showed that even in defence his unconventional style is very effective. He was like a spider clinging to SKD stopping his threat and neutralising his offload.
Field positionally in attack looks very good.
Not a great performance by any stretch but given the performance of the ref and the improvements in key areas it was a very positive start. Balanced and clinical.
Discipline needs sharpening up, few daft ones given away last night.
