My missus had a similar problem... messages telling her to book a booster when she'd already had one weeks before and her records not being updated. A call to 119, where you actually talk to a helpful human being, sorted it. |

Prior to testing positive on a Saturday she worked 9am-7:30pm Mon-Wed, stayed at home doing housework (she lives alone) Thursday, and 9-7:30 on Friday. Other than the hospital, she went absolutely nowhere and saw nobody outside of work. No shops, takeaways.'"

The NHS is not fit for purpose it is simply broken, we have some great people working for it but they are being led by donkeys.

i would be a lot better if it wasnt abused, plus it would still be mediocre compared to insurance run hospitals in the US as they get loads of coin just for them and it doesnt run to all other areas |

30million into the NHS seriously....was 176.5billion last year so 30 million was a drop in the ocean, the managers in the NHS are one of the largest issues |

Unfortunately it is still viable. Not sure in what sense it is used now other than what it was built for. |
