He was banned for one homophobic comment, and before and after that has done more for teh LGBT community that most, if thats what you mean for previous homophobic comments. You're trying very hard to make it something it isnt.

And yes, his comments may well bring the club into disrepute, which is why hes removing them and trying to play it down.

Also, Foster can't say what he wants, when he wants, how he wants, because its against the rules of the platform hes using. Dont know why your trying so hard to give him a free pass. Two to tango and all that.

I didn’t see a much from Foster that breaks Twitter rules.
I saw a lot from Hardaker that probably broke the rules in his contract about not bringing the club into disrepute.

So even assuming he only takes pictures of the drinks he drinks (maybe to keep count in case he forgets the next day) why is he having three alcoholic drinks on a Sunday before the season restarts?

His Twitter comments, by the way, strike me as those of a man who had more than one glass of wine and a pint with lunch / watching the rugby but clearly I have no idea what he drank.

Abuse/harrassment is against twitters TOS. Carrying it on could constitute as harrassment "i'll let you get back to the drugs session" could constitute as abuse. Plus all his replies of "ask your missus" or "ask your mum" to people. I know I'm reaching here but so are you so I think i'm allowed

Not to mention the fact he was due at training this morning.
As I say, someone needs to recognise the warning signs and act quickly.

I’ll be honest, I only saw his replies to Hardaker and not others as I don’t follow Foster on Twitter. I didn’t notice the reference to drug taking (I can’t work out this ‘quote reply’ business!), but I agree that if that was said, it’s unacceptable.
The thing is though, the worst thing that can happen to Foster is that his Twitter account is closed down. Hardaker has far more to lose, and what he did could put his employment at risk.

Beer on a work night? Yes, but then again my job doesn’t rely on being at the peak of physical fitness the following morning.
Beer and red wine into the early hours on a work night, with a side-order of abusing someone else on Twitter using foul language? Nope. And if it happened, my employer would sack me and I hope my family and friends would front up and suggest I have a problem.

must admit, as a neutral party in this, i've noticed him on the a a lot lately, including a party last week, which surprised me considering it was the restart/mini pre season.

Also, (and this is something i've picked up with harvey livett at our place and players in general) Zak had a massive leg tattoo done last week, not sure how you can train to your best having had something like that done and you're supposed to let it heal.

Loads of players have tattoos, I don't really think that is an issue is it.
