It appears that Sezer may make way for Williams. Will he make it? Who knows? The earlier poster re Hodgson is valid in that some take their chances while others don’t make it. My opinion is that if Sezer stays Williams may struggle to hold down a spot but I don’t care much either way. My lasting memories of him are ones of frustration rather than satisfaction.

He's making a joke based on the guy in dispute with William Hill after he bet on Hastings for MOS and Salford to make the play offs and they wouldn't pay out on the odds he was quoted as the two are related (ie if Hastings won MOS, its highly likely Salford made the play offs). But Williams winning Dally M and NZ Warriors winning the GF wouldn't be a related bet so if it is a joke (which I doubt) it makes no sense.

Of course they would. If their new half back wins the Dally M, it follows that NZ almost certainly had at least a good year, making it more likely they win the final. Same as with Hastings/Salford. Ahhh never mind I give up  |
