If this team doesn't pick up in 2020 an Lam gets the chop...should we go for Ian Watson? What he has done at Salford is simply brilliant. Proper hard working team with a load of meter eaters and work horses

| I'm away in France. Watching on TV is painful. I've not seen us look so clueless in a long time. No composure, no intensity, our forwards have been pathetic again. Add the errors and silly penalties to our lack of go forward, we've had no chance tonight. I think we've been worse tonight than last week.
Clubb is useless, Flower isn't anything special and never has been, Partington for all his effort and fearless play is getting smashed. Farrell has tried but it's just not worked, Isa gives everything but has no discernable talent. Lockers, well, aside from inspiring those around him apparently (I saw nobody play with inspiration tonight), now offers nothing while on the field. Powell is not a hooker than will win you games, Lussick out played him withing 5 minutes of being in the field.
We've been lucky that SL overall is on the slide and everyone is beating each other. We've not been anywhere near good enough overall through the season to reach a grand final, at least now we can't paint over the cracks, people withing have to acknowledge our completely obvious deficiencies.

| When I saw the away end was full and the home end was empty I knew you was in trouble. Your team needed a lift tonight and they was nobody in the ground to do that for Wigan!
You struggled to overturn momentum throughout and the crowd was a factor in thst IMO.

| The team didn’t show up v Saints. No matter about skill or individual ability, a team should always with 100% effort, desire and a will to win.
I find it forgivable if a team loses but you can see the fight, the effort and the a team who gives it their all.
Our team couldn’t get up for it v Saints, our biggest rivals 80mins from a GF.
The coach fielded the same team the following week giving them the opportunity to redeem. That tells you all you need to know about the team and the coach.
This combined with a team which looks like 13 men who don’t know each other let alone played a season together. The fall from grace in attitude and structure is there for all to see.
I honestly think you’d have never seen this under Wane or Madge.

| Quote Azul="Azul"Genuine question, would you react by potting Lam after these last few weeks? Is this acceptable?'"
Not just this week though is it,all season long it’s been poor bar the Matty Peet bounce the side got when he returned.
It’s not been a good season at all

I’d not bar an eyelid if he left personally. You’re right we’ve not played consistently well all season.
My only concern would be who do we bring in.

There was over 9,500 fans on there tonight probably 3.500 from Salford so 6.000 Wiganers spread about a souless stadium Salford were together behind the sticks and really vocal good luck to them in the final.

| Really really poor. Forward pack just is not up to scratch at all..Smithies is young and raw but should be starting every game IMO.. O'Loughlin doesn't offer anything anymore. We don't have an organising Half to direct us around the pitch (hopefully solved with Hastings coming) ...I don't quite see yet where French fits but he can play and he clearly has skills and speed to burn.
Burgess alone will not lift that pack. We should just chop Clubb Flower Isa now and go in for other forwards while we can.
I said months back on another thread that we should look to bring in Josh Jones and he absolutely destroyed us tonight. Making meters after contact and offloading for fun!! We lack all of those skills across our whole pack!!
