Pulling out of the WCC is not conceding it. The game would of just been called off. They wouldnt of just crowned Sydney the world champions. Perhaps if we had done as i suggested we would of been better prepared for this season and not lost one of our most important players to a long term injury. Even some of our senior players themselves admitted the WCC game had been a major distraction.

Whether you like it or not, the game has evolved to the point it's almost unrecognisable from the early 00s, never mind the 80s. Guys like Brian Noble and Ian Millward who achieved loads as coaches at top level have been left behind because the game has changed so much. How far behind do you think the game has left Kelvin Skerrett, who played in the 80s and since then has only coached a bit at amateur level, most recently a decade ago?

Mate you’re suggestion is utterly ridiculous. 80’s/90’s/00’s props don’t exist anymore. The game is different, it’s moved on.
