Quote: Pie_Eyter "No i didn't. Don't make bull up. I said Burke had good hands, So what?
Ben Flower made a comment to somebody in earshot of me about the coach Adrian Lam that was in very bad taste and completely un-professional trying to raise a laugh. So you and bigredwarrior can get down off your high horses.
What exactly does he do that is so good on the pitch? very, very average. There are about 30 Ben Flower's knocking about. Barely plays either. Not enough contribution. You rate him if you want. I don't. That is my opinion and nobody can tell me otherwise.'"
I know Ben quite well and there is nobody can ever question his attitude. He’s been at the club for 8 years and has been a cracking professional. It’s only the last couple that he’s had injuries. He can’t help snapping an Achilles and couldn’t help being close to paralysis with his back injury. He’s put his hand up to play when he shouldn’t have done and works tirelessly in the community. So you’re perfectly entitled not to rate him as a player but if you’re going to question his attitude then that needs to be backed up with evidence. I’ll now sit back and wait for your list of 30 props of his standard.

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg
Happens all over in sport, fans see the flash, not always the hard work..... I watch no wendyball these days, and i'm certainly no Man U fan... But i can well imagine that when they were in their pomp a few years ago, the first name on Ferguson's team sheet would have been Denis Irwin.
