Got past the login and they sent me an email to reset my password reset but keep getting failed .

Working fine for me now. Had to choose a new password and click on it twice, but top of screen showed me as logged in then.

The password could not be reset, an error has occurred or the reset password link has expired. Please try again.

I’ve got sod all clue what my client code is. If the club want to shoot me for that, maybe they should’ve invested in the playing squad and improved the product in recent years so id used it more to purchase tickets.

Any old tickets you have bought in the past should have your old client code on them. I just turned up a stub from a coach ticket to Leeds from last season, and the CC is on that. Then try replacing the "R" at the front with "4".

Thanks for that. However, the only tickets I would ever have lying around are Wembley cup final ones. Everything else goes in the bin and I haven’t wasted my money on a season ticket for years so none of them lying around

If you haven't got a season ticket, you haven't got a client code, so you can stop looking for it now.

No anyone who has bought a ticket previously has a client code.

I'd ring them and ask for it.

The concern is all of the fans who are experiencing difficulty or confusion - that can't be good when the club needs all the fans it can get.

Does anyone know what the required/allowed pw complexity is?
