Ok Navarette made a big error at the end but do not blow it out of proportion. Several others made errors during the game. If you think that he cost us the game you are wrong. Warrington had the whip hand, they were in front and we were playing catch up. No one is blaming Gildart and Budgie for not scoring at the end are they?

I think people accept mistakes if they’re balanced out by good stuff. I don’t think Navarrete does enough to warrant the mistakes he so often makes. I think it’s time for him and a few others to go, not Wigan standard for me.

That said, really decent effort today against one of the front runners. Play like that next week and I’ll be happy.

The worst performance today was Sarginson. The truth is that we have too many players who are just not good enough. Navarette has reached his level but it’s below the standard we need. Sarginson, Powell, Clubb, Tautai, Isa all fit into that category. None should be in our 1st choice 17 but they are.

Sarginson to me has far outlived his time at your club. He's really gone backwards. The others mentioned have never really been quality.

Bob on. We don’t need to crucify Navarette for a silly error but it’s clear as day that some lads brought in on the cheap aren’t good enough and Shaun Wanes stock rises by the day for getting more out of them then should be possible.

Personally I didn’t think Navarrete was great under Wane either. He had a good few games at the start of the year but is riddled with errors that his overall game doesn’t make up for.

I’m not sure Waney would make any difference to be honest. Let’s not forget we were nilled there in the Cup last year with a similar line up.

He wasn’t great but he was light years ahead of this seasons showings. He’s helped Tautai out today because he’s one player even Wane couldn’t get much out of recently. His defence is just pure shambolic and couldn’t be classed as being professional level. How he was selected today I’ll never know.

Bit of an overreaction towards Navarrete. Yes, it was a poor error and he's still go too many of those in him but he's had some decent games since returning to the side. He could still be useful to us throughout the year but I would have some doubts about him in the big games. It's up to him to prove that he can cut the errors out because if he does then it's a no-brainer between picking him or Tautai. I thought once again we saw why the club should be looking to get rid of him. Caught out in defence and nowhere near effective enough in attack.
