The prices of the organised trips are steep but you can do it for plenty less booking your own flights and digs, especially if you stay outside Barcelona and travel in on the day.

Guess the club would do something they felt there was enough interest.

I remember going on the first trip to Perpignan for £200 (long way to go for a loss, but ho hum) - it's possible to do it for about £150 using Easyjet & Ryan Air from Manchester, but the return flight is at 22:05 which is pushing it fine. Might investigate a cheap overnight instead if there's no room on the Learjet.

Brilliant. Was just about to book this with a few of the lads, I put my permission slip in to the Mrs, as is accustomed in these scenarios and potential get aways with the lads, only to have it swiftly rejected as we’re going to a family wedding instead that day. Wonderful news, as you can tell I’m extremely pleased I’m going to be spending probably the same amount of money that I would going to Barcelona for two days on a family wedding in Liverpool when I factor in travel, accommodation and alcohol costs.
