Well you were the one saying she did not delete the video which implied to me it was you who didn't realise that was unimportant given once its out there you aint getting it back

I think she likely didn't realise she'd lost control of it given someone said she was mortified it got out after she deleted it. Her apparent shock that it got out implies no, she didn't realise it was out of her control.

If there is anything in this paid a grand to delete it allegation she isn't the only one daft enough not to realise once there is a video of an incident these days it's only a matter of time before it shows up on-line.

This will be my 1st post in 4 years.

I read approx 66%/75% of posts up to press and what really jumps out is how saddened the vast majority of Wigan fans are by this, I'd go as far as to say ashamed by association.

But two questions I would like to know even if one can only ever be pure speculative.

1 . When will the our games governing body get involved and punish players/teams that bring the games name into disrepute. If this was down under the NRL may of already taken action.

2. To all those who are quick to criticise the girl who did start filming these drunken upstarts where do you think the situation would of ended up at had she not?
We can see for ourselves that Sam cools his behaviour somewhat, if she had not held the phone up and both brothers carried on would we be now talking of a more serious crime ?

At times we need to thank our lucky stars the media treats us like a minority, if this had been two Man Utd 1st team players it would be front page for days.

The investigation is on going and I expect Joel to be shown the door to be totally honest. I also expect another sanction for Sam although I haven’t a clue in what capacity it would be.

I agree with your 2nd point Dave. In fairness no one seems to know if it's true or, if it is, who paid it so I'll refrain from commenting until we do.

My first point was more relating to the fact I very much doubt she was either shocked or gutted it got out. I seriously doubt anyone with a smartphone or access to the Internet is unaware how these things work. In fact, I think that she explicitly says during the video "it's not my career that's going to be ruined" (sic) confirms without doubt that she knows exactly how this is likely to play out.
