Not sure how old the video is, but if it was anything like recent (this year some time) and especially if it was after the season started, there should be a club suspension/fine imposed.

I wouldn't sack them at all.
The club must instigate an investigation.
If their contracts allow it I think they should both be suspended without pay until the investigation is concluded.
From there, disciplinary action as appropriate.
In this way they are still employed and registered at Wigan and no one else can sign them.
As has been said, they cannot represent the club until matters are concluded.

While I don't agree that his lack of action makes it just as bad, it is still bad and he should be called out on it. He was clearly in the wrong initially when they both refused to leave. He was also the only person there in a position to step in and prevent his brother from acting in an intimidating and abusive manner and didn't. He really didn't try very hard to step in

I think it must be from a while ago as Sam's beard is much shorter than today. The lady did point out to them that they were also on CCTV. She also came over as a brave lass for standing up to them.
