| Quote: Rogues Gallery "1) Selling players
Good answer, Rogues. Totally demolished his argument.
It infuriates me when so-called supporters come up with all kinds of painfully transparent excuses as to why they and their mates don't watch any more.
There's no rule that says you MUST watch Wigan RL. But if you don't, then at least have the good grace to admit that it's your own choice; don't try to put it on a club who, compared to 10 years ago, are one of the best in the competition.
I wonder if it's ever occurred to these stay-away supporters that they themselves are storing up problems for Wigan. At present, we have a big squad because we are paying up to the Salary Cap. But how long can we comfortably do that for if we aren't earning revenue from the terraces?

| Quote: Phuzzy "Well it isn't based on a 10 second snapshot as I've said previously and the winger outside him (if he played on the left) would be a Marshall in his third season as a Superleague regular, not the inexperienced one in his first few games as he was when he played outside Budgie last season. Other than that, you're bang on!
I just hope the club has some sense and doesn't try to convert our best winger into a centre and play a lesser wing outside him. (Basically that would leave us with a poor to average centre in Burgess with a lesser winger outside him)
He's a brainwave, sign a centre, play our best winger outside a proper centre.

Interesting point though, I can’t be bothered to look up the RFL rules however on google maps the distance between the posts does measure 104.95m. So assuming the above is correct and the maximum length is 100m then we are indeed over.'"
i think that is the dimensions for the football pitch for latics. look at the markings on friday.the goal lines for the football and rugby dont match

| Wigan is the right size pitch and the football and rugby markings correspond. The try line at Wigan is the goalline for the football. Now look at other 'new' stadiums and this is not the case, ie Hull, Huddersfield & St Helens have the try line within the football pitch.
