Both teams played poorly to be fair. I have no arguments with the ref, yes some calls could've gone differently but that's sport and we have and will again have them in our favour on another night.
Funniest thing is opposition supporters thinking that's the best version of both these teams. We both have several more gears to get through and if they think they're facing tris version of Leeds or Wigan come season end then they're very naive.

Still a "bit" to go to get back to his best IMO but certainly he's much improved.
What I will say though is bear in mind the rib injury he had that he as out for 4/5 months with.
It was a real nasty one and imo may have contributed somewhat to his dip in form or any kind of statistical analysis of performance.

With Tautai being off form, he's got a great opportunity to take his spot, but I've not really seen him do much to justify that.

| Quote: Grimmy "Very good shifts for Farrell, Isa and Bateman. In fact, surprised no one has really talked about Farrell in terms of man of the match when he's made 48 tackles and 152 metres in a game that was all about the arm wrestle. Not sure how long they played, but Tautai and Navarette's stats are underwhelming.'"
Isa really is an unsung hero for you guys. Really puts it about in a controlled aggressive manner can see why Wane likes him

When he’s on the field I’ve been impressed but he still doesn’t look fit enough to do any spells of longer then 10-15 mins. He looks ‘fitter’ but still not as fit as he needs to be which is a worry. His impact whilst on has been good with a good average carry and his work in defence looks good (and aggressive) but he needs to keep working hard.
The less said about Tautai’s ‘form’ the better. He’s hardly had a good spell in the last 12 months after the ink dried on his new deal and even a spell out of the team didn’t look to shake him in to action at Leeds. He made 25m from 5 carries in the game and when you have a lad like him who isn’t a workhorse in defence, it’s tough to defend his displays.
