Just wondering if anyone else hs ordered their tickets and not received them?
I ordered 8 that haven’t come and spoke to the ticket office this morning who advised it’s happened to a number of people. Worryingly they advised that saints won’t be printing duplicate tickets and there is nothing they can do.
I’ve read through the saints t&c and can’t see anything where they state they won’t replace tickets so wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and had resolved it?

Can the ticket office confirm they wère posted out to you. Seems strange if this has happened to other fans it would suggest they never made the post .

they have given a postal date and were contacting royal mail today, however, i've not had an update since the call this morning.
