Areas which need improving
I agree with your changes however, I think that is all we can probably do in the short term. Longer term I think we need at least 5 or 6 new forwards. Our pack is the softest pack in the competition and non of our present front row can do more than 20 minutes at a time which is criminal. The recruitment of forwards since 2014 has been truly abysmal and whoever drove signings such as Powell, Pettybourne, Laukaki, should not be involved in any future recruitment because they plainly wouldn't know a decent forward if they kicked them in the nuts

By what mechanism do you propose to "move on" JT? In a hessian sack in the boot of a car? icon_lol.gif

Michael Gordon is a terrific goal-kicker and a better defensive full-back than either Tomkins or Escaré, but I don't know how feasible an option he'd be.

Probably be selling him to someone like Widnes or Salford.

Joel isn't worth a place in the team, or the money he's reputedly earning. By hook or by crook, he must go.

Tommy’s got a gig on the coaching staff hasn’t he? What can he possibly bring to the squad? Be better off flying Andrew Johns over for a couple of months to nurture Williams.
