Hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it?

If the club had allowed Sam Tomkins to go to Wire, Leuluai to go to Saints, Burgess to go to Leeds which were all strongly rumoured, the same fans on here would have been outraged!

The club did the right thing bringing them back but the season has not gone well. I'm still glad we didn't allow any of thes players, Joel included to go anywhere else.

By what mechanism do you propose to "move on" JT? In a hessian sack in the boot of a car?

Michael Gordon is a terrific goal-kicker and a better defensive full-back than either Tomkins or Escaré, but I don't know how feasible an option he'd be.

Tommy’s got a gig on the coaching staff hasn’t he? What can he possibly bring to the squad? Be better off flying Andrew Johns over for a couple of months to nurture Williams.
