By the sounds of things both will go if rumours are to be believed with Joel Tomkins pencilled in for a more central role.

If Joel and Lockers are both being looked at to play roles in the middle at prop or loose forward I wonder if the club has a back rower on the agenda. We've got Bateman and Farrell but not too much else. I've been impressed with Isa but he's far better in the middle also and then you have to consider that Bateman may need to cover centre.

Sutton covered the second row and played well, but he is better used as a prop, is Farrell coming back from Widnes?

Fully agree with that. He ran some good lines and showed some good skills in the back row.

I wouldn't be against slimming him down a little and getting him wider if we have enough options in the middle.

Hard to say whether this was a mistake by Wigan as we dont know what goes on behind the scenes (i.e. contract demands etc) but I am disappointed hes going.

If he stays clear of injury over the next few years, I think he'll start to really thrive in his late 20s.
