Quote: Cherry_Warrior "To be honest i am not that bothered now it has all sunk in. If the said player has done what is alleged then i want him out of the club ASAP and i wouldn't care if he went to another SL club, NRL, RU or bare knuckle gypsy fighting. I don't want players like that at my club. I wanted Flower out when he did what he did but the club didn't act. Just get rid. Talent or no talent.'"
Could't disagree more. Firstly we have only unsubstantiated rumours as to what may of happened. Secondly we have no idea of the events which led up to said incident which could offer a reason (not an excuse) as to what may have happened. Thirdly we have no idea if there is an underlying cause which may affect someones behavior. Finally and most importantly people make mistakes and providing they show a willingness to learn from mistakes and change then i believe they should be offered support not cast away.
Nothing to do with anything that may or may not have happened, just an example. Part of my job is to conduct investigations, establishing the root cause is the single most important part of it. People have many issues that affect their behavior, as long as the staff member shows willing we will support them through those issues we can work together to sort it out.
